Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you ask for a quote or get in touch.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the details of the job and any photos you send.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out the work if you go ahead. We never sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for as long as we need them for guarantees, insurance and tax.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to this website with a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies or record who you are.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by contacting us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
